During this time, the government just conducts its monitoring system for urban issues in a normal and conventional manner. With the use of the new mobile crowdsensing paradigm, we can include the public in monitoring urban issues effectively in terms of costs and resources. We may also create 3D and 4D models of objects that are urban problems by utilizing sensor and smartphone technology. This can aid stakeholders in doing better planning and analysis when dealing with urban issues.
